异基因外周血干细胞移植治疗恶性血液病45例 被引量：5

摘要 我院于1998年3月至2005年4月共施行异基因外周血干细胞移植（allo—PBSCT）45例，现报告如下。 资料与方法 一、一般资料 45例患者，年龄14-47岁，年龄中位数为36岁，其中急性非淋巴细胞白血病（ANLL）18例（第1次缓解12例，第2次缓解3例，早期复发2例，难治型1例），急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）5例（第1次缓解2例，第2次缓解3例），慢性粒细胞白血病（CML）20例（慢性期19例，加速期1例），骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）2例（难治性贫血及难治性贫血伴原始细胞增多各1例）。
