格列美脲联合胰岛素治疗单用胰岛素控制血糖不佳的2型糖尿病疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察格列美脲联合胰岛素治疗单用胰岛素控制血糖不佳的2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法选择56例单用胰岛素治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者,即空腹血糖(FBG)〉8.0mmol/L、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)〉10mmol/L者。观察组在原胰岛素治疗基础上加用格列美脲1-2mg/d,发生低血糖或血糖下降时,将胰岛素剂量下调。治疗8周后,比较治疗前后FBG、2hPBG、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、每天胰岛素用量等指标。结果格列美脲联合胰岛素治疗8周后,可显著降低血糖、HbA1c,并使胰岛素用量减少。结论单用胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者血糖控制不佳时,加用格列美脲后可显著改善血糖,并且胰岛素用量也减少。
