调脂治疗对老年收缩期高血压患者脉压的影响 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察调脂药物阿托伐他汀钙对血脂正常的老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者脉压(PP)的影响。方法选取老年ISH患者67例,随机分为两组。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平降压,治疗组在应用苯磺酸氨氯地平降压的基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,每2周随访1次,测量血压并计算脉压,观察12周。结果治疗至第8周时,治疗组PP缩小,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。继续治疗至第12周,两组间PP差异更加明显(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀钙与降压药联合使用对老年ISH患者PP有改善作用。
