摘要
根据质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)系统的特点,提出了4种PEMFC单体电池电压检测的设计方法。在对这些方法的优劣进行比较以后,采用了基于光电继电器的高精密PEMFC单体电压检测器的设计方案,并进行了详细的介绍,同时还针对提高单体电压检测的精确性进行了探讨。电压检测器还集成了CAN总线接口,已应用于3 kW PEMFC发电系统中。
According to the characteristics of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) system, four methods of designing the individual cell voltage detector were introduced. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, a method that based on the optical relay was preferred to designing the highly precise voltage detector, and the detail was given. Some investigations on improving the precision of the individual cell voltage were done. A controller area network (CAN) bus interface was integrated into detector, h was successfully applied into 3 kW PEMFC power system.
