摘要
通过针刺风府、哑门穴为主与针刺常规治疗穴对照，治疗中风偏瘫（脑血栓）５３例，进行临床疗效观察，并检测治疗前后红细胞ＳＯＤ、血浆ＭＤＡ的含量。结果表明：针刺风府，哑门穴为主的治疗组（Ｔ组）基本痊愈率为４８．２６％，且能显著提高红细胞ＳＯＤ活力，降低血浆ＭＤＡ含量，其幅度均显著大于对照组。
In this study,selecting Feng Fu,Ya Men points that have the definite curative effect to apoplexy,by means of comparing taking acupuncturing Feng Fu,Ya Men as the main points as normal acupuncturing treatment,treating 53 cases of apoplexy hemiplegia (cerebral thrombosis)patients.Conducted the clinical curative effect observation,and determined SOD.MDA content around the treatment.The studying results showed that the basic cured rate of the treatment group taking acupuncturing Feng Fu.Ya Men as the main points is 42.86 per cent.The treatment group raised the erythrocyte SOD activity and reduced significantly plasmic MDA content.All the above changes of treatment group were significantly bigger than that of contrast group.It suggests that abilities of treatment grorp againist oxygen free radical (DFR)were bigger than that of contrast group.
