摘要 设计一种新型直线压缩机驱动用永磁往复直线电动机的控制系统。通过分析直线压缩机的谐振工作特性和动圈式直线电动机的运行特点,在获得直线电动机样机的空载谐振的基础上,采用电机专用控制芯片TMS320LF2407设计了控制系统,完成了压缩机行程采样周期和采样数组的算法。并采用VB6编写了具有良好人机界面的上位机控制程序,解决了新型直线压缩机驱动用直线电动机的控制问题。 This paper presents a new control system of permanent- magnet reciprocating linear motor for linear compressor. By analyzing the resonance operation characteristics of the linear compressor and moving coil type linear motor, the control system with controlling chip TMS320LF2407 is designed based on the gained no-load resonance, and the algorism for compressor stroke sampling cycle and array are completed on the basis of no-load resonance of linear motor. The controlling program of epistatic machine having good man-computer interface is programmed by VB6, and the controlling problem of linear motor for driving the new linear compressor is solved.
