摘要
提出了一种应用碲锌镉(CdZnTe或CZT)晶体探测器的骨矿密度测量方法。该方法通过对被测对象的定位,X射线扫描,应用CZT晶阵对被骨组织吸收、衰减后的双能X射线进行测量。测量信号经分级处理后,实现了骨矿密度定量测量和成像。实验结果表明,CZT探测器具有良好的工作性能,系统测量具有快速,高精度,高空间分辨率等特点。
A new method to measure the density of bone mineral by using the CZT crystal detector was put forward in this paper. Measurements such as locating the objects, X-ray scanning, CZT crystal lattice were employed to measure the double energy X-ray absorbed and attenuated by the osseous tissue. The stage treatment of measuring signal realized the quantificational measure and imaging of the osseous density. Results show that the CZT detector works well; and the system measurement is characterized by fast speed, high-precision, and high spatial resolution etc.
