摘要
以兰州石化公司自主开发的粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)(牌号为DN214)的中试工艺奈件为基础,在3kt/a粉末丁苯橡胶装置上进行了PNBR的工业试验,探讨了胶乳门尼黏度、水胶比(质量比)、凝聚温度、搅拌转速、离心方式对PNBR成粉率的影响。结果表明,当胶乳门尼黏度为70~90、水胶比为6.0~8.0、凝聚温度为45~60℃、搅拌转速为80~100r/min,并采用卧式螺旋卸料离心机时,可以生产出粒径小于0.9mm、成粉率超过96%的PNBR。
Industrial test of powdered acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (PNBR) ( brand of DN 214) was carried out on 3 kt/a powdered styrene butadiene pilot rubber plant, based upon the processing conditions in the pilot test developed and appraised by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The effects of Mooney viscosity of latex, mass ratio of water to latex, coagulating temperature, stirring speed and different types of centrifugal machine on powdered ratio of PNBR were discussed. The results showed that Mooney viscosity of latex was 70 - 90, ratio of water to latex was 6.0 -8.0, stirring speed was 80-100 r/min, coagulating temperature was 45 - 60℃ and horizontal centrifugal machine was used. The particle size of PNBR was less than 0.9 mm and the powdered ratio could reach 96%.
