摘要
研究了由铝酸盐、氢氧化钾和硅酸盐三种溶液体系制得的AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化膜的截面形貌。分别通过分析用氢氟酸腐蚀、4%的硝酸酒精腐蚀以及抛光后所得的氧化膜的截面形貌图探讨了氧化膜与基体的结合方式。结果发现,陶瓷膜的构成与微弧氧化机理有关,均为三层结构,反应时有大量高温硬质相析出;膜层与基体的过渡部分的组织大为细化。这种结构有利于膜层与基体的良好结合及其力学性能上的平稳过渡。
The section morphology of micro-arc oxidation coatings of AZ91D magnesium alloy gained from three kinds of different electrolytes of aluminate, potassium hydroxide and silicate were studied. The ways of bonding of oxidation coatings to substrate were investigated by analysis of section morphology of oxidation coatings after corroded being with hydrofluoric acid, alcohol solution containing 4% of nitric acid( volume fraction) and polishing, respectively. Results showed that the structure of oxidation coating is related with micro-arc oxidation mechanism and it contains three layers; there are a lot of high temperature hard phases deposited during processing; the transition area between coating and substrate becomes fine-grained. The structure is beneficial to the good adhesion of coatings to substrate and stable transition of its mechanical performance.
