摘要
目的建立半夏厚朴泡腾片中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的测定方法。方法以依利特C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱分离厚朴酚、和厚朴酚,流动相甲醇-水-乙腈(31,5:38.5:30.0),检测波长294nm。结果线性范围:厚朴酚0.54-13.61μg,r=0.9997(n=7),和厚朴酚0.11-2.82μg,r=0.9997(n=7)。厚朴酚平均回收率100.92%,SRD=1.79%(n=6),和厚朴酚平均回收率101.23%,RSD=1.79%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行,稳定性较好。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of magnolol and honokiol in Banxia-Houpu effervescent tablets. Methods Magnolol and honokiol were separated with Elite C18 column(4.6 mm × 200 mm,5μm) and detected at 294 nm, using methanol-acetonitrile-water (31.5: 38.5: 30.0)as mobile phase. Results The standard curves for magnolol and honokiol were linear in the range of 0.54 - 13.61 μg (r = 0. 999 7) and 0.11 - 2.82 μg (r = 0. 999 7). The average recoveries of magnolol and honokiol were 100.92% (RSD = 1.79% ) and 101.23% (RSD = 1.79% ). Conclusion The method is simple and quick, which is suitable for practical use.
