摘要
目的制备番茄红素油树脂微囊,并对其稳定性进行考察。方法用单凝聚法制备微囊,并用正交实验优化制备工艺。用分光光度法测定番茄红素的含量。结果番茄红素油树脂微囊的最佳制备工艺为囊心囊材质量比为1∶10;成囊温度为40℃;搅拌速度为400 r.m in-1。结论经微囊化处理后番茄红素稳定性提高,且更方便制剂。
Objective To prepare lyeopene oil resin mieroeapsule and study its stability. Methods Lyeopene oil resin mieroeapsule were prepared by simple eoaeervation teehnology and orthogonal design. Lyeopene eontent was determined by speetrophotometry. Results The optimized conditions were a lyeopene oil resin and coating material ratio of 1: 10, temperature of 40℃ , and stirring speed of 400r · min^-1. Conclusion Mieroeneapsulation is an effeetive measure to inerease the stability of lyeopene, also is eonvenient for preparation.
