摘要 运用HSC软件对V_2O_5直接合金化过程中V_2O_5和还原剂构成的多元、多相复杂反应体系进行还原成分的计算和分析。热力学计算结果表明,V_2O_5碳热还原产物是V的碳化物;硅热还原体系中需配加CaO;铝热还原可以得到99%的还原率,Al的还原能力比C和Si都要强。V_2O_5的硅铝热复合还原用少量的Al可得到高的还原率。计算结果与工业实践中电硅热法冶炼钒铁反映的热力学规律一致。 The equilibrium composition of V2O5 and reductant during direct alloying of V2O5 as a complex system composed of muti - component and multi - phase were simulated by HSC and then analyzed. The result of thermodynamic calculation shows that the reduced products of V2O5 carbothermic reduction is the carbide of vanadium, the system of silicothermic reduction should add CaO, aluminothermic reduction can reach a reduction rate of 99 %, the reduction ability of AI is more effective than that of C and Si. The complex silicothermic and aluminothermic reduction can reach a high reduction rate by using a small quantity of Al, the calculation result is consistent with the thermodynamic law of the industrial practice of making ferrovanadium by electricity - silicothermic method.
