摘要
目的建立我国正常人血清犬尿氨酸(KYN)及犬尿氨酸/色氨酸含量(KT)比值参考值范围。方法采用高效液相色谱-紫外法(HPLC—UV)检测86名健康成人血清KYN和色氨酸(TRP)含量,并计算KT比值。结果正常成人血清KYN为0.364~3.022μmol/L,平均(1.426±0.542)μmol/L,KT比值为11.008—47.528mmol·L^-1·M^-1,平均(29.271±9.315)mmol·L^-1·M^-1。不同年龄组之间,血清KYN、TRP含量及KT比值差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);性别之间,血清KYN、TRP含量及KT比值差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论建立了健康国人KYN及KT比值参考范围,为相关疾病的辅助诊断、疗效观测及发病机制等研究提供相应参数。
Objective To establish the serum reference values of kyurnine(KYN) and kyurnine/ tryptophan(KT) ratio in healthy persons. Methods The concentrations of serum KYN and TRP levels in healthy persons were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet (HPLC-UV) and the content ratio of KYN to TRP KT were calculated. Results The serum KYN and KT ratio levels in 86 healthy persons were 0. 364 - 3.022μmol/L and 11. 008 - 47. 528 mmol·L^-1·M^-1 respectively. In different age groups, it showed no difference in the concentrations of KYN and KT ratio in serum (P 〉0. 05). Butt showed sex difference in concentrations of KYN and KT ratio in serum ( P 〈 0.05 ). And the concentrations KYN and KT ratio were higher in men than women. Conclusion It suggested that the reference values of KYN and KT ratio could be a good indicator in corresponding diseases.
