热环境中穿着NBC防护服的运动热应激 被引量:3

EXERCISE-HEAT STRESS ASSOCIATED WITH NBC ROTECTIVE CLOTHING IN A HOT ENVIRONMENT

摘要 在热环境中,6名未经热习服的健康男性受试者穿着两种型号的透气式NBC防护服(FC1、FC2)和军用作训服(MZC),执行了中(ML)、重(HL)两种运动强度的热应激试验。结果表明:试验服装的热应激水平均随运动强度而显著增加;与MZC着装相比,NBC防护服显示了严重的热应激效应,即显著增高的心率(HR)、直肠温度增量(ΔTre)和皮肤温度(Tsk)、以及高的出汗率(SR)和较低的汗蒸发率(ER),仅在ML运动强度时,FC2着装的ΔTre显著地高于FC1着装,说明两种防护服的热应激差异较小。本文结果进一步证实透气式NBC防护服导致了显著的热应激,并严重增加了机体的热生理负荷。 eat stress responses were tested on six health unacclimatized males in a hot environment while per-forming tww levels of workload(moderate,ML;heavy,HL)and wearing three types of protective ensembles(combat clothing,MZC;current issue(FC1)and newly developed (FC2)permeable NBC protective cloth-ings).The results indicated that:(1)for each type of clothing,heat stress increased definitely during HL:(2)heat stress responses were more profound when wearing FC1 and FC2 compared to WZC,as manifest-ed by the significantly higher heart rate(HR),increment of rectal tempeture(ΔT(re)),mean skin tempera-ture(T(sk))and sweating rate(SR)and a lower rate of sweat evaporation(ER);(3)nonsignificant differenceswere observed between FC1 and FC2 with the only exception of a higher ΔT(re) for FC2 during ML. Basedon the results of these tests, it was determined that wearing NBC protective clothing results in significantheat stress and aeriousely enhances the physiological heat load to the wearer.
