摘要
目的探讨川芎嗪对小鼠黑色素瘤肺转移的抑制和iNOS、NO表达的增强作用。方法用黑色素瘤B16-F1细胞接种C57BL/6J小鼠造模,川芎嗪注射液100、200mg/(kg·d)灌胃20d后,检测小鼠肺、脾重量及血清iNOS和NO含量,计数其肺表面转移瘤结节数。结果川芎嗪能减少小鼠肺转移灶数目,增加其血清iNOS和NO含量。结论川芎嗪能抑制小鼠黑色素瘤的肺转移,机制可能与增强iNOS的表达和NO的合成有关。
[Objective] To explore the role of tetramethylpyrazine on inhibition of melanoma lung metastasis and enhance the expression of iNOS and NO. [Methods] The C57BL/6J mice bearing melanoma B16-F1 cells were intragastric with tetramethylpyrazine 100, 200 mg/(kg·d) for 20 days, then the weight of lungs, spleens, the number of the metastatic nodules on lungs and the levels of iNOS and NO in serum were detected. [Results] Tetramethylpyrazine could remarkably reduce the number of metastatic nodules on lungs, increase the expression of iNOS and NO in serum of the mice. [Conclusion] Tetramethylpyrazine can remarkably inhibit melanoma metastasis to lungs in the mice, Its mechanism may be correlated with enhancing the expression of iNOS and the synthesis of NO.
