摘要
目的:测试自制氧化铝玻璃复合体(AGC)和Vitaalpha不透明牙本质瓷的结合强度,探讨AGC不同表面处理对结合强度的影响。方法:将AGC试件随机分为3组,分别对表面进行不同方法处理(未处理,酸蚀,喷砂),随后表面烧结Vitaalpha不透明牙本质瓷,参照ISO9693:1999标准用剪切实验测试两组结合强度。结果:①各组剪切实验结果均值均大于ISO9693:1999标准,且有显著性差异;②酸蚀处理组和喷砂处理组的平均值大于未处理组,且有显著性差异,而酸蚀组和喷砂组之间无显著性差异。结论:①自制AGC及其表面经喷砂和酸蚀后与Vitaalpha不透明牙本质瓷的结合强度均大于ISO标准,理论上可以在临床上获得使用;②AGC表面做酸蚀处理和喷沙处理后均能较显著提高其结合强度。
Object: To evaluate shear bond strength between self-made Alumina-Glass Composites (AGC)and the effect of different surface treatments on the combining strength. Method: The AGC plates are divided into 3 groups at random and make different treatments (including no treatment , etching and sandblasting )on the surface of AGC respectively and then bonded with opaque-dentine porcelain.The bonding strength is measured with shear test according to ISO9693:1999 standard. Result: ①The bonding strength of 3 groups are all statistically different with the ISO9693:1999 standard; ②The bonding strength of both ething group and sandblasting group are statistically different with the no treatment group, and there is no statistical significance between ething group and sandblasting group. Conclusion: ①The self-made AGC can be used in clinic; ②Etching and sandplasting on the surface of AGC can increase the bonding strength.
