摘要
研究了Ni2+、Hg2+和五氯酚对羽摇蚊幼虫的毒性和生物浓缩。Ni2+对羽摇蚊幼虫的24 h-LC50和48 h-LC50分别为5.7 g.L-1、1.4 g.L-1;Hg2+对羽摇蚊幼虫的24 h-LC50和48 h-LC50分别为3.54 mg.L-1、2.64 mg.L-1;五氯酚对羽摇蚊幼虫的24 h-LC50和48 h-LC50分别为0.11 mg.L-1、0.09 mg.L-1。羽摇蚊幼虫在10μg.L-1Hg的7 d-BCF为430;在10 mg.L-1Ni的7 d-BCF为176;在0.02 mg.L-1五氯酚的7 d-BCF为30。并观察了镍、汞和五氯酚对羽摇蚊幼虫下唇板和大颚的致畸作用。
The toxicity and bioconcentration of Ni^2+, Hg^2+ and PCP to Chironomus plumosus larva are studied. The 24 h-LC50 and 48 h-LC50 of Ni^2+ to Chironomus plumosus larva were 5.7 g · L^-1 , 1.4 g · L^-1 ;the 24 h-LC50 and 48 h-LC50 of Hg^2+ to Chironomus plumosus larva were 3. 54 mg · L^-1, 2.64mg· L^-1; the 24h-LC50 and 48h-LC50 of PCP to Chironomus plurnosus larva were 0. 11 mg· L^-1 , 0.09 mg· L^-1. The 7 d-BCF of Hg at 10 μg · L^-1 was 430, Ni at 10 mg· L^-1 was 176 and PCP at 0.02 mg· L^-1 was 30 to this species larva. The teratogenesis in the rnenturn and mandibles of Chironomus plumosus larva were observed.
