粉煤灰脱碳造粒浮选法的研究

摘要 粉煤灰中碳粒的可浮性较差,采用传统的浮选方法需要消耗大量药剂。本文提出了用烷醇酰胺型非离子表面活性剂对其表面进行改性,然后用少量粘结剂油进行造粒的新型浮选方法,取得了较好的实验结果。图3,表4.参3。 The floatability of the granular carbon in powdered coal ash is not good, and a large amount of flotation reagent must be consumed in traditional flotation. We proposed a new particle-combining flotation method in which surfactant is used to change the surface properties of the granular carbon, and a very small amount of heavy oil to combine the particles. Good results have been yielded in experiments. 3figs., 4tabs., 3refs.
