摘要
重新起步后的我国教育管理学,通过移植外来理论和实践经验总结两条路径试图建立教育管理学的理论框架和体系,前一种努力遵循的是“话语生产”的论证思路,后一种则将“实践生长”简单理解为纯粹的经验总结和热点问题研究。在形成机制和论证逻辑上存在多方面的问题使得这两种论证思路都无法适切地把握作为教育管理学合理建构之基础的研究对象。要构建出我国教育管理学的研究对象必须从实践出发,同时注重理论与实践的合理对话。这就需要避免完全从理论的角度去构建研究对象,需要对实践经验采取积极系统的态度,需要研究者有一种“彻底质疑”的精神。
The reconstruction of educational administration in our country follows two routes: transplanting the other theories and summarizing the experience in practice. The former tries to build the system of disciplines through producing "course", but it is inevitable to fail because of the effects of institution and the shortage of logic. The latter advocates and keeps the view of practice, but the sheer experience and hot topics can not grasp the objects of research. In order to construct our own educational administrations in China, we need to find tbe real research objects, to take positive and systematic attitude towards the experience in practice, to cultivate the habit of reflective.
