摘要
本文测定了冷暴露条件下离体的、在体的和局部冻伤的大白鼠血浆中冷凝蛋白(CIP)的含量,结果表明低温和局部冻伤均可促使血浆中CIP含量显著升高(与常温对照组比,P<0.01)。实验结果提示CIP为一种冷致性水不溶的大分子蛋白质,可能是一类与纤维粘连蛋白(fibronectin)有关的蛋白。推想血浆中CIP过量形成可能是导致冻伤组织血液循环障碍,形成微血栓的原因之一。
n this study,the cold-insoluble proteins(CIP)formed in rat plasma after cold stresswere determined,isolated and characterized.It is suggested that cold stimulation can in-crease the content of CIP in rat plasma significantly.CIP is a water-insoluble proteinwith large molecular weight,possibly a complex related to fibronectin(Fn ).CIP in plasmamay be one of the factors causing micro thrombi and blocking blood circulation in the cold in-jured tissues.
