摘要
对产于云南大理和中甸的小檗科Berberdaceae八角莲属Dysosma(R.E)Woodson八角莲Dysosmaversipellis中鬼臼毒素类化合物进行了研究,利用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化,从中得到了8种鬼臼毒素类化合物,通过波谱学技术和化学反应确定了其化学结构.
The chemical constituents lignans of Dysosma versipellis were studied and eight known compounds were isolated. The structures of these eight compounds were identified respectively as (1) podophyllotoxin; ( 2 ) dehydropodophyllotoxin; ( 3 ) 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin; ( 4 ) 4'-demethyldehydropodophyllotoxin; ( 5 ) isopicropodophyllone; ( 6 ) isodiphyllin; ( 7 ) L- picropodophillotoxin4-O- (β-D-glucopyranosyl- ( 1 → 6 )-β-D-glucopyranoside) ; ( 8 ) L-picropodphillotoxin4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, based on the spectral data and comparison with the data reported in literatures.
