淡紫拟青霉IPC土壤抑菌作用影响因子分析 被引量:7

Analyzing of impact factors on the fungistasis of biocontrol strain Paecilomyces lilacinus IPC for root-knot nematodes

摘要 用土壤平板法测定了云南省24个县代表性植烟土壤对根结线虫生防菌淡紫拟青霉IPC菌株平板培养孢子和液体培养孢子的孢子萌发率的影响,结果不同土样普遍存在抑菌作用,且土样间存在差异,液体培养孢子萌发率高于平板培养孢子萌发率.通过对7种抗生素、8种有机添加物和6种化学农药对该生防菌土壤抑菌作用影响的分析,结果表明添加7种抗生素、6种化学农药和米糠、蚕豆秸杆、玉米秸杆和烟草秸杆能部分解除该生防菌的土壤抑菌作用. The conidospores germination rotes of biocontrol grain Paecilomyces lilacinus IPC for root-knot nematodes on the representative soil samples, which were collected from twenty four counties in Yunnan Province, were measured by soil palte method. The results show that there is all of the soil samples have fungistasis, but they are different for soil samplea. The germination rates of PDB liquid culture conidcspores is higher than that of PDA plate culture conidospores. The strain IPC fungistasis of the soil samples by respectively adding eight organic matters, seven antibiotics and six chemical pesticides were measured by using the same method. The eight organic matters respectively are com straw, horsebean straw tobacco straw rice bran, oat powder, corn powder, soybean powder and fresh potato. The seven antibiotics are chloramphenicol, erythomycin, neomycin, kanamycin, streptomycin and penicillin. The six chemical pesticides are thiophanatemethyl, metalaxyl, aldicarb, carbendazirn, phoxim and carbofuran. The results show that com straw, horsebean straw, tobacco straw, flee bran, seven antibiotics and six chemical pedtiddes can annul the fungistasis of strain IPC.
