影响缺血性脑水肿产生的相关因素 被引量:7

摘要 脑水肿是缺血性脑血管病的常见并发症,它的产生是一个复杂的病理生理过程。目前研究表明,氧自由基、凝血因子Ⅳ、钙-钙调素依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ、炎性反应、内皮素、水通道蛋白等多种因素,介导和参与了缺血性脑水肿损伤的分子病理学过程,对疾病的发生和发展起着促进或阻抑作用。
