摘要
在相同的氮肥和磷肥施用量基础上,研究不同钾肥施用量对春小麦产量、营养品质以及加工品质各项指标的影响效应。试验结果表明适当施用钾肥可以增强小麦生育后期的抗倒伏能力,提高小麦产量;较大幅度地提高四种蛋白组分的含量;显著提高湿面筋含量和沉降值;适当增施钾肥可以达到提高产量和改善品质的双重目的;黑龙江省东部种植小麦的适宜钾肥施用量为34.5~43.5kg/hm2。
The effect of different potassium applying account on the yield and quality of spring wheat based on the same applying account of nitrogenous fertilizer and phosphorous fertilizer was investigated. The experimental results showed proper potassium applying account could increase the viability and yield of spring wheat, improve the content of four protein compositions, improve sedimentation value. The proper potassium applying account of spring wheat in the east of Heilongjiang province should be 34.5 - 43.5 kg/hm^2.
