摘要
科技进步与社会发展要求图书馆在新环境中找到更好的服务形式,开发能满足个性化需求的决策支持信息服务成为科学图书馆提高自身服务水平的一个重要选择。本文在对决策支持信息服务本身特点以及与传统文献服务对比分析的基础上,提出了一些加强科学图书馆决策支持信息服务的相关建议。
The progress of science and technology and the development of the society demand the academic library should provide better service for its clients. Developing Information Service for Decision Support （ISDS） to meet individual requirements is thus an important way to improve the service quality of the academic library. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of ISDS and the differences between ISDS and the traditional service of the academic library, this paper makes some suggestions as to how to improve this new type of information service.
