摘要
为了解聚甲醛复合材料的结晶特性,用转矩流变仪共混-模压成型方法制备了Ekono l/POM复合材料、Ekono l/G/M oS2/POM复合材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)考察了POM的结晶情况,并测定了材料的熔点、结晶温度。结果表明,Ekono l对POM多数晶面的生长有不利影响;随着Ekono l含量的增加,复合材料的结晶温度小幅升高,相对结晶度增大,然而过量Ekono l对POM结晶不利;G和M oS2对POM的结晶具有良好的促进作用。
In order to study the crystal characteristic of the POM composites, Ekonol/POM and Ekonol/G/MoS2/POM composites were prepared by the Torque Rheometer mixing and compression molding. The crystal behavior of the POM has been investigated by the XRD and DSC technique. And the melting point and crystallizing point of the composites have also been determined. Results show that the Ekonol has disadvantage on the growth of most of the crystal face of the POM. The relative crystallinity of POM has been enhanced with the rise of Ekonol conten t. The crystallizing point has a bit risen when more Ekonol is added. But excessive Ekonol does bad effect on the crystallization of POM. The graphite and MOS2 can promoted the crystallization of POM effectively.
