摘要
目的 建立一种简便、快速测定片剂中盐酸奥扎格雷含量的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法 采用Diamonsil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇1%HAc(10:90)为流动相,流速为1mL·min,在274nm波长处进行检测。结果 辅料对测定无干扰,线性范围为10-200mg·L^1(r=0.9998);样品的平均回收率为99.4%~100.1%,RSD为0.7%-0.9%。结论 方法简单、准确,可用于盐酸奥扎格雷片剂的含量测定。
Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of ozagrel hydrochloride content in Ozagrel Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods Ozagrel hydrochloride was separated by using a column of Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and a mobile phase of methanol-1 % acetic acid (10 : 90) at a flow rate of 1 mL· min^-1 with UV detector wavelength set at 274 nm. Results Ozagrel hydrochloride can be well seperated from other components, with the linear range of 10-200 mg· L^-1. The mean recovery of ozagrel hydrochloride was 99.4%-100.1% ,RSD was 0.6% - 0.9%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Ozagrel Hydrochloride Tablets.
