多排螺旋CT血管成像在脑动脉瘤诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探讨CT血管造影(CTA)在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对22例因蛛网膜下腔出血怀疑动脉瘤破裂病人行CTA检查,分别用后处理软件VR、MIP、MPR进行成像,并与同期进行的DSA检查8例图像及1例手术情况进行对比。结果22例CTA共发现动脉瘤25个,其中大脑前动脉瘤4例,大脑中动脉瘤5例,前交通动脉瘤4例,后交通动脉瘤3例,颈内动脉瘤7例。3例为多发动脉瘤。DSA共发现9个动脉瘤,7例与CTA相符。1例患者行动脉瘤手术夹闭。结论CTA用于脑动脉瘤诊断,快速准确无创,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the appliance value of CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods CTA reconstruction of VR, MIP, MPR were executed in 22 patients who with SAIl were highly suspected with intracranial aneurymas. Results were compared with 8 patients check - up by DSA and 1 case by operation. Results 25 aneurysms were found in 22 patients, aneurysms of anterior cerebral artery 4 cases;aneurysms of middle cerebral artery 5 cases;aneurysms of anterior conmunicating artery 4 cases; aneurysms of posterior communicating artery 3 cases; aneurysms of internal carotid artery 7 cases. 9 aneurysms were detected in DSA. 7 cases were corresponding with CTA. 1 case is confirmed by operation. Conclusion CTA is a simple, quick and reliable diagnostic method for intracranial vascular, It can be used in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
