摘要
在果实发育期间叶面喷施硼营养液和采收前喷施壳聚糖溶液对番荔枝果实冷藏品质的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,生长期施硼改善了番荔枝果实的品质;采前喷壳聚糖明显地延长番荔枝果实贮藏寿命与软熟时间,降低裂果率和失重率,减缓果实内含物的损失。其中生长发育期叶面施硼结合采前喷施壳聚糖处理冷藏效果优于其它处理。
Effects of boron nutrient solution are sprayed on leaves during grow of fruit, and pre-harvest sprays with chitosan on fruit quality of sweetsop during refrigerate period are discussed. The results showed that pre-harvest boron nutrition spray had obviously increased internal quality of sweetsop fruit. Pre-harvest sprays with chitosan had also significantly prolonged storage life and soft-ripening, decreased fruit-cracking rate and fruit weight loss rate, inhibited the loss of contents of fruits during refrigerate period. The effect of B+chitosan treatment is greater than other treatments.
