摘要
从组织行为学、管理心理学角度出发,对浙江省的305名负责学校运动队训练的体育教师的工作压力状况进行了问卷调查,对导致工作压力的主要因素进行分析,发现这类教师的工作压力主要表现在福利待遇、训练经费、角色定位、人际关系等方面。
Based on the organization and behavioral psychology in administration,a research was made into the job role of 305 school sports training teachers in Zhejiang province. It was shown that the job role mainly came from school welfare, training fee, role orientation and interpersonal relationship etc.
