摘要
采用有限元法对液压机械变速器箱体纯液压段最恶劣工况点进行了静力学分析,指出了箱体的设计缺陷,改造了箱体结构,其受力和变形均得到了改善。有限元分析结果为变速器箱体的结构设计与生产提供了理论依据与技术支持。
By adopting the finite element method to carry out static mechanics analysis on the worst operation condition point of pure hydraulic section of variator case of hydraulic machinery. The designing defects of case have been pointed out, the case structure has been reformed, and its force bearing condition and deformation have all obtained improvements. The result of finite element analysis provided theoretical bases and technological support for the structural design and production of variator case.
