摘要
本文研究了活性炭吸附法脱除废水中低浓度草甘膦的可行性,考察了草甘膦浓度、溶液pH值、温度、盐类电解质等条件对活性炭吸附性能的影响,测定了吸附等温线。结果表明:40-75目的果壳炭对废水中的草甘膦具有理想的吸附和脱附效果。活性炭对草甘膦的吸附能力随pH值升高而显著降低,适宜的pH值范围为1.0-2.0,废水中的盐份和有机胺类杂质对活性炭吸附草甘膦的能力有显著影响。在温度为20℃,固液比为1:10,pH值为1.4,在工业废水的草甘膦浓度范围内14-15g·L-1,活性炭的平衡吸附量可达到58.43mg·g-1以上,用2%NaOH水溶液脱附效果良好。
The adsorption equilibrium of glyphosate on active carbon was established. The pH value of solution, temperature, glyphosate concentration as well as the presense of the salt and amine were taken into consideration on adsorption effects. The experimental results indicate that the adsorption capacity of glyphosate on active carbon decrese as the pH value and temperature of the solution are increasing. The feasible operation conditions is the pH 1.0 - 2.0 and temperature 20℃. Under the feasible conditions, the adsorption capacity of active carbon can reach 58.43mg · g^-1 when the concentrations of glyphosate are 14 - 15g · L^-1. The glyphosate can be desorpted from active carbon by the 2% NaOH solution.
