摘要
用激光微循环血流仪研究了急性脑缺血沙鼠经100~400kPa氧压暴露对脑膜微循环的影响。结果显示,脑缺血动物高压氧暴露后脑膜细动、静脉血流速度明显加快,与对照组相比有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。提示高压氧具有改善微循环血流动力学的作用。实验观察到,经250kPa和300kPa氧压暴露60min后对微循环血流速度的改善以及对血管扩张的扼制作用优于在100kPa氧压暴露60min和400kPa氧压暴露30min方案。结合以往工作。
Influence of hyperbaric oxygen exposure (HBOE) at 100~400kPa in 47 gerbils with cerebral ischemia were studied with a Laser micrl-blood flow meter. Results showed that velocity of blood flow in meninx arteriolae and venulae were clealy increased after HBOE. Comparision between the HBOE groups and control group, there were very significant difference ( P <0.01). It suggest that hyperbaric oxygen plays a role in improving microcirculation hemodynamics. The experiment obsearved between the velocity increase and the antagonist on angiotasis after HBOE at 250 and 300kPa were better than that of the HBOE at 100kPa/60 min and 400kPa/30min. All of Results suggest that the scheme of HBOE at 260~300kPa/60min could be the best one among the pressure-time courses in HBO during cerebral ischemia.
