摘要
目的:正常内耳的软组织细微结构进行MR形态观察和大小测量。材料和方法:20例正常志愿者的40只内耳进行了快速自旋回波的T2加权横断像。结果:内听道从开口到底端逐渐变细,耳蜗呈圆钝三角形,前庭呈类椭圆形,外半规管呈椭圆形的环状。结论:快速自旋回波的T2加权横断像能为内耳软组织细微结构提供有益而详细的解剖资料。
To evaluate the MR criteria for assessment of the normal soft tissue micro-structures of the inner ear. Materials and Methods;Twenty normal volunteers with 40 inner ears were undergone FSE T2 weighted imaging.Results:The shape and size of the soft-tissue structures(cochlea as round obtuse triangle,vestibule as oval-like,lateral semicircular canal as oval-like ring,internal auditory canal tapering from the orifice toward the end were revealed clearly.Conclusion:FSE T2 W axial MR imaging is useful not only for greater understanding of inner earanatomy but also for morphologic observation of malformations and other diseases.
