摘要
以太阳轮和全部行星轮的体积之和最小为优化设计目标函数,以太阳轮的齿数、齿宽、模数、行星轮的个数为设计变量,以行星轮系的传动比条件、同心条件、装配条件、邻接条件、模数条件、最少齿数条件、强度条件为约束条件,建立了行星齿轮传动优化设计的数学模型。以穷举法为优化设计方法,以VisualBasic为编程工具,研制出了行星轮系的优化设计系统,该系统能自动完成2K-H型行星轮系的优化设计。
