摘要
论述了一种基于OpenGL实现的数控机床仿真教学系统。为适应数控技术教学实验的需要,针对现有数控教学仿真软件进行改进,提出了多型号仿真、软硬件结合、多设备集成的设计思想。可以实现多厂家、多型号数控设备的仿真,不仅实现数控程序调试和加工仿真,同时可以实现与真实数控机床结合,从现实的加工中观察学习。在网络环境下,通过系统集成,可以模拟工厂自动化系统,实现虚拟工厂仿真。
Discussed a system for simulate study of numerical control machine tool based on OpenGL technology. It is designed for teaching and experiment of numerical control technology, it improves current simulate study software products in the market. It introduce into the idea of emulating for types of machines, combining of software and hardware, integrating of equipments. This teaching system includes many equipments of different manufacturers and types. It achieves not only writing and debugging NC codes, showing the cutting process, but also demonstrating in the real machine, which can make students study in the real word. This system also integrates machines by networks, and simulates the factory automatic system, realizing the Virtual Factory in Laboratory.
