摘要
从食品安全控制体系的构建、保障能力、实验室服务、科研和监察、药典编撰、国家和区域间的网络建设、区域内国家间的技术援助等方面全方位介绍马来西亚食品安全控制体系,以期为我国构建和完善食品安全控制体系提供借鉴。
This paper reviewed the food safety control system including upbuilding, safeguard capacity, laboratory services, research and monitoring, the national codex compiling, participation in international and regional fora, technical assistance among countries within the region in Malaysia. in order to give reference for our country to establish and improne the control system of food safety.
