对山东省高校体育教师专业化现状与继续教育观念认知的调查 被引量:4

摘要 采用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计和文献资料等方法,对山东省高校体育教师继续教育现状进行调查,结果表明:从年龄、学历、职称结构看,山东省高校体育教师需加强继续教育培训,教师专业化水平较高,对继续教育必要性的认同率较高。学历补偿、拿文凭、解决个人评职称及改善知识结构等,是其进行继续教育的主要目标,而对提高业务工作能力、树立教育新观念等需要相对较弱。 Adopting the research methods of questionnaire, interview,statistics and documentary reference, an investigation of the continuing education of the university P.E. teachers in Shandong province was conducted and the result showed that from the perspectives of age, academic degree and professional title, the continuing education of the university P.E. teachers of Shandong province should be strengthened;prioritics were given to the further academic study,getting higher academic degree and improving the professional title while less importance was placed on the improvement of teaching methods and establishing new teaching concepts.
