摘要
微量元素是人体必需的极易缺乏的营养元素。通过综述目前国内外有关微量元素营养研究的文献资料后指出,与人体运动能力有关的微量元素主要有铁、锌和铜,介绍其生理功能以及作为营养补剂对人体运动能力和健康的影响,提出了合理补充必须遵循的原则。
Microelements tonic is one of necessary nutrition of body that very easy to fault. After studied the documents of microelements both at home and abroad, the paper has pointed out that main microelements such as iron, zinc and copper relate to sports ability. It introduced their physiological action and influence of microelements nutrition tonic to sports ability and health of human body, and put forward some principles to rational supply them.
