摘要
旌工检测与监测是保证隧道旌工质量的重要手段。在铜(陵)~黄(山)高速公路汤(口)~屯(溪)段9座隧道的建设中进行了全面的质量检测和系统的监控量测。在检测方面,采用激光隧道断面仪检测开挖断面。通过随机拉拔检测锚杆的安装状况。在监测方面,引入专业化队伍进行隧道施工监控量测.应用红外摄影技术记录掌子面的地质信息,采用隧道位移实时监测系统监测抢险施工段的拱顶下沉。在严重偏压的隧道入口段。通过压力监测和锚杆轴力监测,判断山体和隧道的稳定性及加固措施的有效性。此外.还采用宽幅防水卷材和分区防水技术避免隧道渗漏水。通过在衬砌顶部预埋注浆管并向拱顶注浆来保证衬砌质量。
Quality detecting and construction monitoring are important measures to ensure the quality of highway tunnels. In the construction of 9 tunnels at Tangtun Section of Tongling to Huangshan Expressway, laser detecting instruments are used to detect excavation cross section, random pulling are used to test the installation of anchors. In construction monitoring, professional teams are introduced in this engineering to record the geologic information with infrared photography, monitor the displacement of vault with Instant Monitoring System for tunnel movement in hazard treatments. And in the mouth section of tunnel under unsymmetrical loads, side pressure of the equivalent wall and axial forces of anchors are measured to judge the effectiveness of the slope reinforcement and stability of tunnel. Besides, water-proof layer with large width and separated water-proof section are applied to avoid leakage, grouting through pre-installed pipes is used to ensure the quality of tunnel lining.
