摘要 简述了抽油机变频调速技术的工作原理及主要功能、技术指标、试验情况以及增油、节能效果。指出该技术可随着抽油机井产量、沉没度以及油层供液能力的变化任意调整抽油机冲次,使之在高效下运行。经过7口抽油机井的应用,达到了合理控制沉没度以及增加产量,节约电耗,预防偏磨的目的。此项技术能有效提高机采井系统效率,促进油田整体开发效益达到科学经济合理。 In this thesis, the operating principle of frequency conversion and velocity adjustment technique for well pumping unit is demonstrated. Besides, the technical description, tests and the results of stimulation and energy saving are discussed. It is put forward that with the application of this technique, the impulse frequency can be adjusted arbitrarily with the change of the production of the pumping well unit, submergence depth and liquids feed capacity of oil layers to ensure the high effective operation of the well. According to the application to 7 wells, it is found that the submergence depth can be reasonably controlled, electricity can be saved, and eccentric wear can be pre-controlled. This technique can be used to effectively improve the systematic efficiency of artificial lifted wells, and accelerate the development benefit of the oilfield towards scientific, economic and reasonable.
