摘要
通过对聚驱开采形势的分析,找出目前对聚驱采出抽油机井造成作业维护困难、杆管偏磨问题严重、检泵周期短的根本原因,提出了井下抽油杆旋转技术,详细介绍了该技术的原理,并对该技术的应用效果进行了客观的评价,对延长聚驱抽油机井检泵周期、提高聚驱机采井管理水平有很好的指导意义。
Based on the analysis of polymer flooding, the fundamental causes for the difficult operation maintenance of rod pumped well, serious rod and tube eccentric wear, and short pump inspection cycle, are found. The rotation technique for downhole pump rod is then established, and the application results of this technique are evaluated objectively. This technique is significant to increase the pump inspection cycle of rod pumped well during polymer flooding and improve the management of the wells.
