摘要
目的:采用近红外(MR)光谱和相似度匹配值方法对丹参药材整体质量进行无损快速评价。方法:以62批丹参药材为具体研究对象,采集其 NIR 漫反射光谱,以其中10批基地药材作为标准样品集,建立相似度匹配模型,并将其用于计算其余52批药材的相似度匹配值。结果:相似度匹配值能反映各批次丹参药材与基地丹参药材的质量差别,并能准确区分基地药材和其他产地的药材。结论:该法能够快速、有效地评价丹参药材整体质量,为中药材的整体质量评价提供了一种新手段。
Objective :To propose a fast and non -destructive method for the quality evaluation of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae using near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy and similarity match value. Method :Taken 62 samples of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from different plant locations as an example, NIR diffuse reflectance spectra of these samples were collected. Among these samples, 10 out of 19 samples from the production base were randomly selected as standards and used to calculate the similarity match values of other 52 samples. Result: The similarity match values could evaluate the quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, and the plant locations of them could be discriminated correctly between the production base and others. Conclusion:The proposed method can evaluate the quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, and give a new way for evaluating the quality of Chinese herbs.
