摘要
思想政治教育管理在整个思想政治教育中占有重要地位。坚持以人为本,是推进思想政治教育管理的一种崭新思路。新时期的思想政治管理坚持以人为本的新理念具有深刻的原因,在实际实施中具体落实以人为本又需要相应的对策。
Management of ideological political education plays an important part in ideological political education. Sticking to human- based principle is a new idea of advancing the management of ideological political education. In the new period, there are profound reasons for sticking to a new theory of human - based principle in management of ideological political education. During the implementation of fulfiiling human- based principle, the corresponding countermeasures are also in demand.
