摘要
国家教育部发布的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》已于2005年9月1日起施行，这部规章对大学生在校就读期间的婚恋问题不提倡也不反对，这无疑是管理上人性化的体现和进步，受到在校大学生的欢迎，引起了社会各界方面的广泛关注。本文就当代大学生的生殖健康教育问题抛砖引玉，旨在引起有关方面的重视。
Student management regulation in university and college, issued by ministry of education of the people＇s republic of china, has been put in practice on September 1 st,2005. And the regulation doesn＇t agree and also no forbid the students＇ marriage, which is the embodiment of people - centered management, and is focused by society. So, this thesis disusses the reproductive health of students in university and college, and author hopes more attention on the matter.
