摘要
从社会、学校和职业3个方面对中学体育教师的职业困境进行分析。以当前的社会转型、教育变革为参照,指出中学体育教师所面临的是挑战和机遇并存,进而提出中学体育教师应把握发展契机,理清职业困境,重塑职业使命,唤醒自我意识,体认职业角色,在互动中构建一种可能生活,实现自身的职业价值。
The author carried out an in - depth analysis on the occupational dilemma of physical education teachers in middle schools in such three aspects as society, school and occupation, tried hard to point out that what physical education teachers in middle schools are confronted with currently is not only a challenge but also an opportunity, then suggested that physical education teachers in middle schools should seize the opportunity for development, clear the occupational dilemma, reassign the occupational mission, awake their self- awareness, recognize their occupational role, build a sort of possible life during interaction, realize their occupational value, and provide theoretical support for boosting the new physical education curriculum reform in a better way.
