本文简单讨论了一些食物成分的生理功能及其对运动成绩的影响。中国的某些传统中草药,因对运动成绩有显著影响,也一并列入讨论。
The physiological role of some food ingredients and their effects on athletic performance was discussed. Herbs was also included because of their high efficiency.
