摘要 研究了野生地肤在NaCl胁迫下种子吸水、萌芽和幼苗生长的耐盐阂值。结果表明:〈100mmol/L的低浓度NaCl对野生地肤种子的吸水、萌芽和幼苗生长有一定的促进作用;NaCl浓度在100~300mmol/L时,对野生地肤萌芽、吸水和幼苗生长均有一定的抑制作用。且随浓度的增加,抑制作用越来越明显;种子正常吸水和萌芽的NaCl浓度的阈值为300mmol/L;幼苗正常生长的NaCl浓度的阈值为400mmol/L. In the thesis the threshold value of water absorption of Belvedere(Kochia scoparia(L,) Schrad,) fruit in its seed germination and seedling growing under the NaCl stress was studied, The results were as follows: NaCl( 〈 100 mmol/L) can accelerate seed drinking and germination, and seedling growth of Belvedere Fruit; NaCl(100-300 mmol/L) can restrict seed drinking and germination, and seedling growth of wild Kochia scoparia, and with the increase of the Nael concentration, the restricting function came more and more obvious, Threshold value of normal seed drinking and germination of salt tolerance was NaCl(300 mmol/L),Threshold value of normal seedling growth of salt tolerance was NaCl(400 mmol/L).
