摘要 采用共水蒸馏法对百里香(Thymus vulgaris)精油的提取工艺进行研究。以得油率为指标,以液料比、蒸馏时间、浸泡温度、浸泡时间为因素进行正交试验,得出最佳提取工艺为:液料比30∶1,蒸馏时间2 h,浸泡温度30℃,浸泡时间2 h。 In this paper the extraction method of essential oil from thyme with the distillation of the material mixed with water was studied. With the yield of essential oil as an indicator and the proportion of water to thyme, distilling time, soaking temperature, soaking time as affecting factor, the orthogonal experiment was conducted. 3he optimized extraction process was as follows: the proportion of water to thymes was 30 : 1, distilling time was 2 h, soaking temperature was 30℃ and soaking time was 2 h.
