摘要
在用充填法回采村庄下的矿体时,为在确保村庄安全的前提下降低充填成本,借助ANSYS有限元软件,针对云驾岭矿村庄下采矿的充填材料进行了模拟选择研究。依据3种充填材料的模拟选择结果,建议云驾岭铁矿采用与强度为0.23×103MPa的2#模拟材料接近的充填材料。这样能保证地面建筑物处于一级破坏等级范围内,同时也能满足充填成本的要求。
To reduce the filling cost under the requisite of ensuring the safety of the village under which the orebody is mined by filling method, simulated selection of the filling materials specifically for the Yunjialing Mine case was made with the help of ANSYS finite element software. Based on the simulation of three filling materials, it is suggested for the mine to use a filling material similar to NO. 2 material used in the simulation that has strength of 0.23 × 10^3 MPa. In this way, not only the buildings on the surface can be ensured to be within the destruction range of Class 1 but also the requirement on the filling cost can be met .
